Chris has worked in the technology field for 25 years. He ran an IT Services & Consulting practice, helping small businesses such accounting, legal, and medical practices to leverage technology to run efficient and profitable enterprises. After selling his business, he joined the Rootworks team in 2014, and currently serves as the CIO of Rootworks. As part of the role, he advises CPAs and firm owners on cybersecurity. He lives in Bloomington, IN with his wife and three daughters.

As a Senior Member Coach with Rootworks, Anna employs over 20 years of experience in working with tax, accounting, and payroll professionals. She provides practical, helpful training and coaching to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and staff in the tax and accounting industry and considers herself a small business consultant. She lives in the upper lower peninsula of Michigan with her husband and two daughters, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and close to nature.
