Join us for a conversation with Brad Cantwell, CEO of Arcadia Settlements Group and President of EPS Settlements Group of Canada. As a CEO, making tough decisions, having uncomfortable conversations, and standing firm in the face of uncertainty is all part of the job. When it comes to diversity and inclusion (D&I), executive support and sponsorship are key elements of a successful strategy. As part of that support, leaders must be able to communicate the importance of D&I to their business objectives across a wide spectrum of stakeholders, both within the organization and across the business community. Navigating those conversations can feel like a balancing act in the face of opposing views, especially in high-stakes relationships.
Brad will be joining us to share his experiences navigating those conversations, balancing organizational priorities and business relationships, particularly with those who are disengaged, don’t see D&I as a business imperative, or don’t agree there is a “problem” that needs to be addressed. We hope you join the conversation!
